Responsibilities
- Knowledge on treasury and liquidity value chain.
- Payments understanding of Swift messages MT 103,202,210,199,299 and MX Pacs 08,09, Camt053,54,57, Pain01,02,03
- At least 3 years experience worked in settlements using Swift in Operations or It experience in implementation of MX message onboarding
- Understanding Referential and SSI management.
- Facilitate workshops (discovery, story mapping, value-stream mapping) to build shared understanding, reduce ambiguity, and align on value.
- Create an inclusive team environment, navigate conflicts constructively, and model feedback habits.
- Partner closely with IT and Operations to co‑create solutions; maintain well-groomed backlogs and acceptance criteria.
- Identify process, product, and customer experience improvement opportunities.
- Capex Management: Responsible for managing capital expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalations effectively to resolve issues promptly.
- Team Support: Ensure challenges raised by team members are addressed and solutions are derived.
- Compliance: Highlight any procedural changes or protocols not followed by team members.
- Create detailed business analyses as per agreed best practices.
- Ensure all necessary details are available in the documentation as per the checklist, with 90% of the checklist items included.
- Deliver accurate and consistent artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
- Create testing scenarios using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Perform regression tests in communication with the Release Manager.
- Own the change management process, including creating user guides, scheduling demo sessions, engaging stakeholders, conducting UAT testing, and providing production support.
- Follow all standards and rules agreed upon within the team during Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other meetings.
- Ensure the team adheres to scrum methodology and fosters best practices.
- Assess the scrum knowledge of the team and coach them to attain a higher level of knowledge at a sustainable pace.
- Promote an Agile approach throughout the organization.
- Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives and review/adapt workshops.
- Follow the project plan and strive to deliver work without any misses.
- Ensure analysis, support to developers, and testing are done in line with the project plan.
- Escalate blockers/issues to PM/CM/AM as needed.
- Support users on ILC/SRG/GPE pre and post-production as required.
- Gather business requirements, align and prioritize features, and schedule releases.
- Share product knowledge and work closely with end-users and the development team to coordinate sprints.
- Evaluate and prioritize product backlogs and functionality based on business value and customer benefit.
- Ensure the Product Owner prioritizes user stories and prepares the backlog regularly.
- Resolve team challenges to ensure on-time deliverables and ensure the team is self-organized.
- Responsible for the team's growth and effective delegation of tasks.
- Participate in daily standups, iteration/sprint planning, retrospectives, team demos, and backlog refinement.
- Translate requirements into functional use cases and specification documents.
- Envision business flow and translate it into technical implementation details, highlighting impacted components/features of the application.
- Participate in the functional chapter of the tribe and team-level governance.
- Ensure AM is aware of progress on studies daily during Scrum calls and highlight any challenges.
- Have multiple discussions to ensure the DEV team understands the requirements clearly.
- Provide regular updates to CM on topics being worked on and highlight any challenges, Capex issues, or missed timelines.
