- Administer IBM middleware platform components (IBM MQ, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM ACE) including deployment, configuration and monitoring to support international business units.

- Manage platform upgrades and fix pack updates.

- Create and manage BAR files for deployment across environments.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the IBM middleware platform.

- Collaborate with business analysts, development, operations, infrastructure and security teams to deliver integration solutions, implement best practices and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the IBM middleware platform.

- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning of the platform.

- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory security standards across all integration services.

- Provide technical guidance and support for integration patterns and API lifecycle management.

- Document platform architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to international IT teams.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in automotive leasing and propose innovative integration solutions.
