Responsibilities

The responsiveness and dynamism of our teams, their accurate knowledge of market trends and regulations, the strength of our networks and our diverse range of products allow us to optimize the daily management of the cash flow, the commercial and financial transactions for our corporate clients.

As Sales Associate Cash Management you will support the GTB/Payments & Cash Management team in Italy in any Sales Activity with Corporates. Thereby you will have a large level of autonomy, working on projects which are supervised by the Senior Sales Managers. You will systematically report to the Head of the department.
Products and services to be marketed will include, amongst others:
• Domestic and international means of payment
• Foreign Exchange (when related to cross-border payments)
• Electronic Banking products as well as associated services
• Liquidity Management solutions
• Active cross-selling with the different Business Lines of the Bank, especially the international retail banking network.
The role requires a strong client service orientation, operational and process knowledge, regulatory and risk processes knowledge, excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills as well as professional integrity at all times.

Responsabilities:

Commercial Support

  • Assist Senior Sales Managers with: client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, response to RFPs, pitch books, global account plans, conducting market intelligence and customer research
  • Complete internal form required to start the account opening process for SG customers and the activation of the requested CM service
  • Assist Senior Sales Managers with KYC Onboarding process, collecting required documents and interacting with the KYC Validation Team
  • Ensure accuracy/consistency of client data (Sales portfolios in CRM, client referential). The accuracy of the information reported in the pipeline and the completion of the call report in IC remain main responsibilities of the Sales Manager

Analysis of Commercial Performance

  • Analyse income and produce reporting for Sales Managers: contribution to data quality, highlight of key variations (+/-)
  • Prepare business reviews with management
