Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong proficiency in Selenium, BDD frameworks, and Java/.NET (preferably .NET). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Test Automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
• Implement and maintain BDD methodologies (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
• Create, execute, and optimize automated test suites for web and API applications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and identify areas for automation improvement.
• Work with version control systems (Git) for code maintenance and collaboration.
• Support database testing, API testing, and integration of automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports using test management tools.
