Responsibilities
Your Role in a Nutshell:
Your work will be concentrated around HRCO and SGRF Training team which oversees administrative tasks for Société Generale’s trainings addressed to SG employees in France. You will be in charge with:
Handling inbound phone calls from SG employees and other training actors/parties regarding the classroom/Teams trainings handled within the training team
Replying to tickets which have to be sent to other teams/training actors
Monitoring and dispatching of tickets received in the ticketing system
Identifying urgent requests and assigning of high priority status before dispatching; monitoring their acknowledgement by the team members
Handling the invoice dispatch process to the appropriate approver
Downloading and dispatching of documents related to trainings
Offering support to training analysts during peak periods
