<section id="job-detail-description"> <h2> Responsibilities </h2> <div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><p><strong>Design &amp; Architecture</strong>: Define and implement Teams solutions (Collaboration, Meetings, Teams Phone, Rooms) aligned with business needs.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Voice &amp; Rooms</strong>: Manage Teams Phone (Direct Routing/Operator Connect), SBCs, dial plans, E911, and Teams Rooms standards.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Operations &amp; Performance</strong>: Monitor service health, optimize QoS, troubleshoot end-to-end issues, and lead incident/problem management.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Automation</strong>: Develop PowerShell scripts for provisioning, Graph API, Power BI reporting, and policy management.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Projects</strong>: Lead migrations, integrations, and adoption initiatives.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Produce HLD/LLD documentation, runbooks, and provide executive-level updates.</p></li> </ul> </div> </section>
