Responsibilities
Position Objective
- Handle Trade Finance products (Export L/C, Non- L/C discount (D/A, OA), Account Receivable, Guarantees, etc.)
- Handle regulatory, external/internal reports
- Client service (communication with clients and internal stakeholders as applicable
Key Responsibilities
Client service, supporting Trade Finance Front Office with below activities.
Various Trade Finance products
- Handling various Trade Finance products (Export L/C, Non- L/C discount (D/A, OA), Account Receivable etc.
- Coordinate / Communicate with relevant stakeholders for timely processing and follow up
- Communicate with clients for any inquiries and follow up
- Handle K-SURE insurance process for relevant products
- Send EDI documents to client if required
- Check and follow up unpaid bills/non-receipt charges
- Handle any ad-hoc requests
Guarantee
- Handling Guarantee issuance and amendment processes
- Coordinate / Communicate with relevant stakeholders for timely processing and follow up
- Communicate with clients for any inquiries and follow-up related guarantee transaction
- Check and follow up non-paid/overdue commissions
- Handle any ad-hoc requests
Reporting
- Handle periodic regulatory, external/internal/ad-hoc reports
Back-up other team members during absence
