As a member of GTS/DWS/USU (Hardware) team you will provide onsite and remote Support IT for End Users (hardware and software), troubleshoot and prepare workstations, and participate in Transition Projects. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Configure and maintain various Windows-based Workstations and Servers.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and Fix Broken Workstations</li> <li>Provide technical Support for Transition Projects</li> <li>Order new hardware and computer parts</li> <li>Operate asset management in dedicated Tools</li> <li>Provide Onsite Support for End Users on hardware and software topics</li> <li>Maintain clean and organized IT Storage</li> <li>Operate Ticketing Tools and other GTS Tools</li> <li>Provide Technical Support for Printing Services and Video Conference Systems</li> <li>Stay open to new technical challenges (Route Opening etc.)</li> </ul> </div> </section>
