Role:
The QA Lead / Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for testing the functionality of applications configured/customized in ServiceNow and its interactions with SG information system. This role requires a good understanding of ServiceNow, as well as the ability to interpret specifications and build test scenario and automate test execution. The QA Engineer brings a detail-oriented approach and a user-centric mindset to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
•Define test strategy with the project team
•Validate application functionality configured or customized within the ServiceNow platform.
•Review and interpret specifications.
•Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional and regression testing.
•Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with teams to resolve issues ( ServiceNow and SG application teams )
•Ensure quality standards are met before releases and deployments.
•Automate test cases execution as much as possible, as early as possible in the development lifecycle.
•Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
