Responsibilities
ROLE DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY): [ Analyst - RBO]
Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transactional in nature. Engage in processing transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines whilst maintaining good quality of work and timely delivery. Ability to update Process documentation (SOPs/Operating Instructions). Strong Written and verbal communication is mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the Recruitment Backoffice Process and coordination with TA team and HR Ops
· Knowledge on TALEO or any other Recruitment tool is preferable
· Manage the activities pertaining to Onboarding, Background Verification, Vendor payouts and management & Offer Management.
· Generating MIS reports, analyze the report trends.
· Perform first level quality check for all the deliverables and update the necessary tracker to record the quality of client deliverables
· Perform Morse controls, including managing anomaly
· Adhere to information security guidelines of SGGSC
· Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received
· Initiate and coordinate Background Screening and re‑screening activities with vendor partners. Monitor status, ensure timely follow-up, and update onshore stakeholders. Validate reports and ensure adherence to BGS processes without deviations.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely closure of all cases.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any bachelor's degree, preferably MBA in HR
