About the Role

As a Trainee in our ABP team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the structuring, execution, and monitoring of sophisticated asset-backed transactions. You will work alongside experienced professionals who provide financing and risk management solutions to a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, corporations, and investment funds.

You will:

• Assist in originating and pitching new transactions through market research and client engagement.

• Support transaction execution by building financial models, analysing data, and preparing credit documentation.

• Monitor transaction performance and contribute to ongoing client servicing.

• Develop deep technical knowledge of asset-backed products, financial modelling, and regulatory frameworks.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction processes.
