Responsibilities

The role will consist in submitting Research team members’ expenses by using Concur, supervised by Research Admin Lead based in London. The primary goals are:

  1. Efficiently manage and submit expenses for the respective Research teams using the Concur system
  2. Maintain a shared team inbox and ensure clear communication in both spoken and written English

Responsabilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of team members' expenses, with a strong focus on detail and adherence to company policies. This includes covering for the other team member responsible for expenses when needed (including for the Sales team).
  • Monitor and manage the shared team inbox regularly to ensure timely responses to inquiries and tasks.
  • Organize emails effectively by categorizing and prioritizing messages based on urgency and importance.
  • Ensure all team members have access to relevant information by maintaining transparency and consistency in email communications.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings or briefings to discuss ongoing tasks and address any communication gaps.
  • Provide updates and summaries of key communications to keep the team informed and aligned on objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the expenses submission process and pro-actively liaise with the processing team in India to ensure issues are resolved
