Responsibilities
- Product & Market Knowledge:
- To promote SG’s investment and hedging solution franchise to China corporate clients with focus on investment products
- To bring in new client relationship with focus on the asset side business diversifying the current client portfolio
- Be able grow current client base with more FX option penetration or some cross assets solutions
- Familiar with onshore regulation framework and able to provide solutions to client
- Sales Talent & Efforts:
- Strong sales and communication skills, pro-active and passionate in marketing existing and new clients
- Able to effectively and timely to deal execution for various FX flow products from vanilla to structured
- Market Intelligence: Knows both onshore and offshore market activities with corporates, further improve and strengthen SG China corporate franchise especially in investment.
- Teamwork & Cooperation:
- Work closely and back-up other team members to ensure client business continuity, ensure effective team work within local but also global teams, as well as with other departments in the group.
- Make necessary meetings to introduce and leverage our Traders, Research and other product partners (including support functions such as MO, BO, compliance, legal, IT etc.), strong Sales & Trading Alignment, develop dialogue with other sales in all centers regionally & globally to facilitate information sharing and to foster cross selling and client referral.
- Able to work with team member to strengthen the SG China corporate franchise
- Fit in well with rest of team and into SG’s culture and strong durability and frustration self-managing.
- Client sector target: Chinses corporates, TMT and POE focused
