Responsibilities
- Part of the Distribution & Credit Solutions team dedicated to the coverage of Chinese and HK based clients
- The mandate of the team is to distribute credit products to Institutional Clients. Products include Bonds, Securitized Products, Structured Credit Solutions, and Financing Solutions
- Responsible for generating revenues with an assigned portfolio of institutional clients, in particular banks, asset managers, hedge funds and securities houses
- Liaise with DCM, syndication, trading, and e-commerce team to facilitate both primary (public and private) and secondary credit flow activities.
- Liaise with syndication, trading and structuring team to promote and distribute securitized products
- Liaise with legal, trading and risk team to facilitate financing trades
- Cross selling within the Global Markets platform and with the other regions (Europe and US)
- Regular reports meetings to various parties involved in coverage and all necessary stakeholders, enter information on clients and meetings into internal tools, report to necessary managers and/or COO of sensitive incidents or transactions.
- Understand local rules and regulations of his/her market(s) and complies with all internal guidelines pre- and post, and adherence to all internal guidelines.
