Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager you will be working across Financial Reporting to support the Finance Director. You will manage the annual statutory accounts preparation and assist with annual statutory audit of multiple reporting entities.
The ideal candidate will develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders including the Central Finance team and the outsourced finance teams in India (WNS) and Poland (GFSS).
This role is based at our office in Kings Cross, London.
What you'll do:
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts for multiple entities under UK GAAP, including posting statutory adjustments and creation of workings file to backup accounts disclosures.
- Use of OneSource statutory accounting software to create and format accounts
- Key contact for statutory auditors (PwC), assisting in providing deliverables
- Assist in preparation of internal overhead recharges, review of various balance sheet reconciliations prepared by WNS, review month end Inter-company variances and adjustments prepared by GFSS/WNS, review month end FX revaluation entries.
- Assist with preparation of quarterly VAT returns, liaise with tax team for preparation of UK corporation tax returns, liaise with tax team for preparation of quarterly and annual group tax packs and oversee withholding tax (WHT) form preparation by GFSS
- Finance business partner for Facilities and building overheads, including forecasting and budgeting for this area
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as required by the VP and Director.
Who you are:
- Preferably Qualified ACA or ACCA (This role does provide study support to continue your studies)
- Strong Audit Experience – ex practice or commercial role
- MS Office, intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- SAP (not essential)
- Highly organised
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Works well to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and highly diligent approach to work
- Pragmatic/lateral approach to finding solutions
- Passion and interest in the music industry
