The Digital Analytics Department plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support digital strategy, audience development, and commercial decision-making across streaming and online platforms. As a Data Analyst in the Digital Analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital performance data, ensuring high data quality and reliability, and delivering clear insights to internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with teams across digital, marketing, and commercial functions to monitor trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making. You will also contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks, as well as support the team in day-to-day analytical tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Support artist service and marketing departments (artists & track performance analysis)
  • Support finance team (reports, market analysis)
  • Support A&R team with new signings (offer preparation)
  • Developing and maintenance internal data tools
  • Training other employees in the use of analytical tools

Who you are:

  • Analytical Skills - ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Programming - proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Attention to Detail - thoroughness and accuracy in working with data to avoid errors and ensure reliability.
  • Basic Understanding of Music Business - knowledge and awareness of the various aspects, operations, and dynamics within the music industry
