We are looking for a Manager, Marketing, Film & TV to join our Soundtracks Marketing team.

What you'll do:

  • Drive day-to-day marketing and project management across film and TV soundtracks, present detailed marketing campaigns on top tier projects for partners/IP owners, analyze what’s working (or not) and being able to pivot based on performance.
  • Work with internal partners and high-profile external partners to create integrated campaigns from start to finish across digital, social and offline platforms.
  • Are comfortable working solo and co-leading projects with a variety of IP-driven soundtrack projects, working with licensors, artist managers, creative partners, publicists and our digital strategy & content colleagues.
  • Oversee campaign asset creation, presentation decks, timelines & meta data optimization
  • Participate in creative planning to create big marketing ideas and ensure a continuous flow of content
  • Collaborate closely with digital and commerce teams to formulate and implement digital advertising plans, social media rollouts and DSP advertising campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and communicate campaign statuses including sales performance, with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Champion existing processes and initiate new ideas around campaign development to streamline execution.
  • In collaboration with digital strategy colleagues, drive soundtrack visibility through social media, influencer partnerships, giveaways and fan accounts. Together you will interpret results and report campaign initiative performance to internal stakeholders and identify process optimization opportunities, if any.
  • Come to the table with disruptive marketing ideas and inspire innovation across the team, especially in the digital sphere.
  • Strategize release planning and anticipate project needs in advance of deadlines.
  • Candidate will also contribute to creating IP pitch decks and senior level executive presentations.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a marketing position in the music industry or broader entertainment space.
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (X, Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.) as strategic marketing tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and analysis skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to forge excellent internal communication with team members as well as build excellent internal and external professional working relationships.
  • Candidates should be creative, innovative, detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • You are a team player and are comfortable exchanging and receiving feedback to manifest the best results.
  • An agile thinker who can shift priorities when and how the situation requires it, showing an adaptability to pivoting thoughts, plans and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge in digital marketing, social media trends/management, CRM, fan engagement & influencer marketing required
  • Familiarity with meta data optimization
  • Proficiency in Canva/PowerPoint, Photoshop & Adobe Express is a plus.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
