You’ll lead the end‑to‑end rollout of international frontline releases, bridging digital marketing, physical sales operations, and cross‑market coordination to deliver revenue, market share, and standout artist moments in one of the world’s most dynamic music markets. Success looks like: on‑time, high‑impact launches that hit targets, grow fans, and strengthen SME’s frontline presence in Korea.
What you will do:

- Lead DSP strategy & pitching: Localize campaign narratives for Melon, Genie, Spotify, YouTube and more with the DSP Manager; manage pitching calendars, placements, moments, other activations to maximize streams and visibility.
- Own physical business execution: Coordinate D2C shop launch and operation, demand planning, production timelines, pricing/PPD inputs, pre‑order mechanics, and retail alignment to capture physical sales opportunities for frontline releases.
- A&R‑adjacent coordination: Serve as the Korea market point for artist teams and global labels (e.g., Columbia, RCA, Epic) on creative approvals, assets, and local adaptation needs, maintaining brand integrity while optimizing local impact.
- Performance tracking & optimization: Monitor KPIs (streams, conversions, chart signals, sell‑in/sell‑through, campaign ROI), run weekly reviews, and implement fast optimizations across digital and physical channels.
- Cross‑functional leadership: Orchestrate internal squads (digital, PR/creator, media, commercial) and external agencies; provide clear briefs, QA outputs, and upskill junior team members through coaching and templates.
- Compliance & process rigor: Ensure rights/usage, brand safety, and documentation standards; drive post‑mortems and playbooks to improve velocity and quality for subsequent releases.
