The Community Manager is a core driver of the Audience Development Team, leading strategy and execution to build, grow, engage, and activate artist fan communities across social platforms and owned channels.
This role oversees the development of digital campaigns aligned with each project’s creative direction, timeline, and target audience, ensuring every activation supports broader fan growth and engagement goals.
In close partnership with artists and their management teams, the Community Manager shapes a consistent and compelling content pipeline. This can range from early-stage ideation and mood boards to hands-on content capture with talent, depending on the needs of the campaign.
The position also manages third-party partners, including agencies and independent contractors, driving alignment, maintaining creative standards, and maximizing output across all campaign touchpoints.
As one of five Community Managers, this role holds primary ownership of the R&B & K-Pop genres and leads all campaigns within the space as the central point of accountability.

Who you are:
- 3+ years in entertainment or lifestyle-based digital marketing or community management.
- Deep knowledge of the R&B & K-Pop genres and their surrounding cultures.
- Firm understanding of fan psychology, digital tribes and platform-specific behaviors.
- Experience using data to analyze campaign performance, fan sentiment and audience health.
- Strong communication skills with an adaptive tone to collaborate with peers, senior management and artists.
- Expertise in all social media and community platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, social analytics platforms, and fan/creator management tools.
