Ceremony of Roses is a global media, branding, design and events company with a full service music merchandise arm, covering every aspect of merchandise sales, production and distribution worldwide. Founded in 2016 by music and fashion entrepreneur Brad Scoffern, the company has worked with artists including Adele, Olivia Rodrigo, The Kid LAROI and Lil Nas X. A creative force in developing futuristic branding and merchandising services for artists using a blend of custom-manufactured and stock garments, Ceremony of Roses is a market leader in artist merchandise.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and with thrive in a creative environment in a music merchandising business. The intern role will encompass a wide variety of administrative tasks interacting with every department across the business, in a very fast-moving environment.

Role Overview:

Ways of Working

  • Office attendance: 3 days in-office minimum
  • Flexibility: Monday is the only mandatory in-office day, flexibility can be discussed on the other 2 days in office working days. Work from home days can be requested when needed
  • Offsite working: You may be asked to attend gigs, fan events and pop-ups when needed in the evenings. This is to support the artists we work with to make sure everything runs smoothly on site

What you'll do

  • Support the Touring & Production teams to provide daily admin support
  • Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers and ensure all production costs and related documentation are accurately maintained
  • Liaise with suppliers and Finance team to ensure invoices are correct and issued in a timely manner, with complete reconciliation against PO’s.
  • Supporting internal teams by helping to managing communication with suppliers to ensure samples are submitted in adherence to the project or tour critical path
  • Support internal teams by obtaining & sharing sample shipping information from suppliers and tracking deliveries to their end address
  • Follow up with suppliers and cross functional teams on outstanding updates and missing information, supporting the team in delivering against production timelines
  • Keep internal trackers and critical paths up to date with latest, accurate information

Who you are:

Essential

  • Interest in music and fashion
  • A passion for learning more about the music merchandising industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships across the team and actively communicates updates and status’s in a clear way
  • Meticulous attention to detail and knows a thing or two about Excel spreadsheets
  • Extremely organised and detail-focused – you’re the kind of person who double-checks your spreadsheets

Nice to have

  • A fan of pop culture and music who gets excited about creative drops and new releases
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a fast paced, reactive business
  • Experience of working on different project management systems preferable, able to learn fast

Process Overview

  • Applications open August 10th at 10:00 and close August 24th at 10:00. Candidates whose applications are selected will be invited to complete a video interview between September 28th and October 3rd.
  • Candidates who pass this stage will then be invited to the final stage of the process, an in-person assessment centre in early November. We will send further information on this stage before the date arrives.
  • Successful applicants will start in January 2027.
