Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a Program Coordinator position to join our dynamic team. The individual would be responsible for providing program and project coordination expertise to improve Stantec’s delivery of Programs. In this role, you may provide support to numerous projects and team members. The position will be responsible for program/project coordination activities and will support program efforts by coordinating with program management staff and team members.
Your Key Responsibilities
Compile, compose, type, proofread correspondence; technical memorandum; and various other documents
Prepare and/or assist with preparation of standard reports, contracts, and forms
Schedule, prepare materials for, and document meetings
Accumulate, compile, consolidate, and edit data; check document contents for accuracy
Create and edit spreadsheets, letters, presentations, memorandum, etc. from drafts and general instructions
Manage access to document management systems and compliance with governance documents
Procure equipment and supplies in support of the team
General liaison for team coordination and communication
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and/or various other computer program knowledge a plus
High level administrative, organizational, customer relations, communication, business writing skills, editing, and formatting skills
Extensive experience assisting management in day-to-day operations, as well as with project-related administrative tasks
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects and meeting deadlines
Adaptability/flexibility to learn new things and pick-up tasks quickly
Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or advanced college level courses a plus
Minimum five (5) years of related project administrative experience, preferably with an engineering firm
Experience should demonstrate sound judgment, ability to multi-task, complete tasks in a timely manner and working effectively/comfortable under pressure
Typical office environment working with computers at a desk for long periods of time. A minimum of two (2) days per week reporting to an office is required.

Salary Range(s):
- CA Other Areas $34.00 Per Hour - CA Other Areas $49.00 Per Hour Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
