Talent Acquisition Manager for Pune location will work in conjunction with stakeholders from across the organization, responsible for designing and delivering the Talent acquisition strategies in line with company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract skilled Engineering, IT and other FST professionals.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our organization, leveraging ATS tools effectively.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Collaborate closely with senior management to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruitment plans.
Workforce Planning: Ability to assess organisational needs and forecast requirements based on business needs & market conditions
Process Development:
Create and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of procedures to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience.
Data-Driven Decisions: Ability to use recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and tools to assess recruitment effectiveness and improve processes
Team Leadership:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Employer Branding:
Enhance and promote our employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive IT industry.
Cultivate relationships with local educational institutions and industry networks to tap into emerging talent pools.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with all stakeholders (local and overseas) to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Regularly update the leadership team on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications and Skills:
MBA or equivalent in Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 20 years of proven experience in talent acquisition within EPC and IT industry.
A strong background in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a high-performing team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment software.
Certifications in HR or related fields are advantageous.
