Your role:
We are looking for a Graduate Sustainable Value Consultant to be based in London , joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.

Stantec’s multi-disciplinary Environmental Consulting team is looking forward to a very exciting period ahead as we grow our existing team. As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your town planning expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.
Our Health and Social Value services are growing rapidly across a broad range of sectors and we are looking to strengthen our team to support this growth. We are looking for someone enthusiastic to support a broad range of services including health impact assessment, social value, equalities impact assessment and inclusive design to some of the country’s largest development and infrastructure projects. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to help us to deliver and develop these services to best serve the communities that we work within and would suit one looking to progress their career in a key area of growth.
Our broad-based growth means we are supporting projects across multiple sectors including major development (new communities, regeneration, employment, etc.), energy and transport developments helping to secure and implement planning permissions. Our work currently includes establishing an internationally important low carbon smart campus at Gravity (generating 7,500 new jobs), new garden communities across the country, major regeneration projects to deliver tens of thousands of new homes, new highways schemes (such as Lower Thames Crossing, M3 junction 9 and various relief roads), a broad range of new energy projects (including Coire Glas hydropower, Ourack wind farm and substantial solar developments) and water infrastructure (new water assets, infrastructure and pipelines).
As you develop in the role, you will assist with:
Advising clients on how we can best design with communities in mind
Supporting the planning and delivery of development and infrastructure projects, as appropriate
Delivery of health, social value, equalities and/or inclusive design services
Planning and undertaking a range of impact assessments in accordance with best practice (e.g., health impact assessment, equality impact assessment, environmental impact assessment)
Working with senior members of our team to develop client relationships
Contributing to single- and multi-disciplinary proposals and bids
Helping to develop and evolve our technical services
Supporting the development of more junior members of the team
Achieving successful commercial outcomes for work that you are delivering

About you:

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week, to ensure that you receive sufficient time with your team and receive the appropriate level of support.
