About the role

Based in our Perth CBD office , this opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our Project Management team, supporting mining sustaining capital projects .

This role suits someone with strong technical foundations who is either already operating at Project Manager level or is a Senior Project Engineer ready to step into a broader delivery role.Manage the delivery of the scope, project tasks, deliverables, budget, and schedule.

Reporting to the Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the delivery of project scope, tasks, deliverables, budget, and schedule

• Controlling project expenditure, including review and verification of invoices and subcontractor claims

• Managing key project registers including Change, Risk, TQs and SID/HAZID/HAZOP

• Supporting client and stakeholder engagement across sustaining capital work programs

• Demonstrating a strong desire to grow into (or continue operating in) a Project Manager role

• Previous experience on sustaining capital (“Sus Cap”) projects is highly regarded

Qualifications

Successful candidates will need to possess:

• 8 years’ experience in an engineering or project delivery environment (preferably Mechanical)

• Experience in mining or minerals processing projects , including pumping, piping, and materials handling systems

• Exposure to multiple commodities (e.g. iron ore, battery minerals)

• Strong coordination skills across engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients
