Stantec is seeking a creative and collaborative Client Development Enablement Specialist to support and strengthen our Client Development Programs. Our team plays a key role in enabling growth across the company through initiatives that support sales, business development, account management, and other growth programs. In this role, you’ll help develop tools and resources that empower our client‑facing teams to work smarter and deliver exceptional results. Your Key Responsibilities
Provide enablement support for Stantec’s Client Development Programs (Corporate Campaigns, Strategic Pursuits/Top Pursuits, Account Management Program, and Business Planning).
Develop and contribute to content, tools, and process enhancements that support the continuous improvement and in support of the Company’s growth targets.
Support the success of the Client Development Programs by collaborating with the broader Client Development Programs team.
Contribute to SharePoint documentation and guidance, PowerPoint presentations, and other important sales support tools and assets.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Detail oriented and highly organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive formats that help others quickly understand key concepts
Exceptional written and visual communication; able to storyboard, simplify complexity, and create clear assets that land with client‑facing teams.
Demonstrated innovative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft to streamline and facilitate excellent communication and enablement
Aptitude for structuring information in visually engaging, easy‑to‑navigate formats that support learning and adoption
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to identify gaps, propose solutions, and iterate quickly
Skilled at distilling large amounts of information into concise, visually digestible formats that help teams act
Collaborative and cross-functional engagement to implement/enhance growth enablement
Education and Experience
Post-secondary degree in business or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience involved in enablement and/or communication for business development/growth, account management, growth programs or the equivalent
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
