About the role

Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand delivers end-to-end projects for our clients, from feasibility and design through to

construction, commissioning, and operation. Specialising in mission-critical facilities such as data centres and healthcare,

our team of 100 brings expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, fire, electrical, structural, and sustainability engineering to local

projects. We’re proud to put user needs at the centre of every design.

As a Senior Revit Designer, you will lead accurate, coordinated digital documentation for building services projects

through technical excellence, BIM coordination, and collaboration with Engineersand the Project Leaders. Your day to day

role will preparation and coordination of digital drawings and models across our disciplines, alongside providing technical

leadership, mentoring junior staff, and support continuous improvement in delivery processes.

What you’ll bring

  • NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field.

  • Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects.

  • Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework.

  • Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and technical coaching.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams

  • 5 years of industry experience working on building services in digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
