What will you be doing day to day?

  • Develop designs for the construction, operation and maintenance of electrical systems for building and built environment projects.

  • Engaging with stakeholders such as authorities, clients (external and internal), suppliers and project team members.

  • Work with architects, structural designers and other design professionals to shape the buildings of the future.

  • Involvement in planning and feasibility studies through to concept and detailed design.

  • Undertaking site-based investigations and construction phase site visits for a "start to finish" experience.

  • Assess existing installations and systems for compliance and upgrades.

  • Create drawings and schematrics using REVIT, 3D modelling, BIM and other industry software.

  • Perform calculations to analyse and design electrical system components.

  • Working on a varity of projects concurrently.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering

  • Passion for learning and problem-solving

  • Australian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen

  • Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
