Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Civils 3D models across highways, drainage, earthworks, and pavement design

  • Taking on a CAD leadership role , contributing to technical audits, design checks, and quality reviews

  • Collaborating with engineers, project managers, contractors, and plant teams to ensure smooth delivery

Experience with Navisworks would be advantageous, particularly in supporting model coordination and design integration.

YOUR IMPACT

Your work will directly influence how projects are delivered ensuring designs move seamlessly from concept to construction.

You’ll help:

  • Improve design quality and consistency across projects

  • Strengthen coordination between disciplines

  • Deliver models and drawings that contractors can rely on

  • Raise technical standards within the team through leadership and mentorship

Ultimately, your contribution will be visible in the infrastructure and developments that shape Cambridge and the surrounding region.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring:

  • Strong CAD and drafting expertise , ideally with Civils 3D

  • Experience in highway and infrastructure design
