Role Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Systems Analyst to lead and support initiatives related to Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify credential ownership, facilitate vaulting and secure management of privileged credentials, and ensure compliance with security policies. This role requires strong technical expertise in IAM solutions and excellent communication skills to drive collaboration across teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder discussions to identify and verify ownership of privileged credentials across systems.
- Manage the onboarding, vaulting, and lifecycle management of privileged accounts and credentials.
- Support and enhance PAM solutions, ensuring secure and compliant access controls.
- Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to design and implement privileged access policies and procedures.
- Analyze and troubleshoot IAM and PAM system issues, recommending improvements or remediation.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports reflecting credential usage, compliance status, and risk assessments.
- Stay current with industry best practices and evolving PAM technologies to inform continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with IAM platforms, particularly with PAM tools and processes.
- Strong understanding of privileged credential management, vaulting, and rotation practices.
- Excellent facilitation skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on credential ownership and access controls.
- Experience integrating and supporting PAM solutions in complex IT environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Grade/Level: 10
The salary range for this position is 100,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You will be required to commute to our nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as weekly business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
