The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally to lead the successful development of guest-centric marketing for a given business area’s marketing content by driving project plans. Your focus will be on the development of timing and action in collaboration with key partners. You will also proactively drive and manage project plans, communicating all milestones and interdependencies to ensure cross-functional team compliance. You’ll follow defined best practices, while promoting commitment to the team and organization’s vision, values, strategies, and objectives. In addition, you will draw conclusions from relevant data and makes appropriate recommendations, remaining guest-centered in your approach to any project or solution. You will also serve as the project communications hub and facilitate connections to identify solutions and gain alignment across all functions. Likewise, you’ll promote sharing of expertise and continuous learning across the organization and ensure strong working relationships exist with key stakeholders and CFT partners. Lastly, you’ll also stay up to date on emerging trends, innovation and advancements in the industry. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About You
- 4 year college degree or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects/partners at once
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
