The pay range per hour is $17.45 - $29.62

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will…

• Document all shipments and receipts; maintain organized files for future reference.
• Compare purchase orders with received goods to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies or transit damage.
• Maintain perpetual inventory of all warehouse items.
• Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
• Arrange outbound shipping for finished products:
  • Palletization and labeling
  • LTL, FTL, courier, or parcel shipments
• Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or damages.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams.
• Execute assigned daily tasks from Sr Logistics Specialist.

About you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift and Power Pallet Jack certification required
• Ability to uphold quality, safety, and operational standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in data entry and PC applications

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location
