The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

As a Lead Marketplace Operations Analyst, you will contribute to the team that is bringing the best curated assortment of products from third-party sellers on Target.com. Working with stakeholders across the company in Data Analytics, Digital Operations, Digital Product, Finance, Global Supply Chain and Logistics (GSCL), Target.com Guest Services you will solve some of the toughest problems we are facing to enable a world-class marketplaces. Primary responsibilities of the Lead Marketplace Operations Analyst are:
- Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in marketplace operations (Speed to Guest, fulfillment capabilities, and carrier/partner performance), and drive processes through the business units to improve performance and metric health.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketplace, Digital and the Enterprise to understand operational gaps, develop business cases, recommend changes and influence teams to scale the Marketplace fulfillment functions and capabilities.
- Develop and implement new processes using partner & market research, partner feedback, program insights and competitive analysis to drive efficiency to the global Support and Performance and Operations functions, including establishing best practices for process documentation.
- Serve as Operations Subject Matter Expert, leading and implementing operational processes for new functions and features on the Marketplace platform.
- Lead issue management and resolution for escalations. Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on resolution by answering questions, proactively addressing user needs, and recommending changes to business processes.
- Support Target Plus initiatives by providing data and analytic insights, including assessment and recommendations, with an emphasis on forward looking projects/questions.

About You:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, retail supply chain, process improvement or related field.
- Marketplace and/or e-commerce experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to pull insights out of data and drive action
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with mid to senior level leaders within and outside of the organization
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
