Lead Specialist, Store Design
- Design & document multiple store projects through all design phases (FS/SD/DD): REM, New Stores, Special Projects, Innovations
- Collaborates with business partners across the board to ensure that drawings/layouts/documents, follow Target guidelines & standards, are processed and is responsible for the deliverables with desired quality within agreed timeframe.
- Manage projects through all project phases as required
- Execute on projects as assigned to develop understanding of project types.
- Coordinates documents with partners in Minneapolis for all projects in a timely manner.
- Participates in conference calls pertinent to job responsibilities.
- Update project drawings per directed changes. Develops and maintains accurate, high quality files utilizing Microstation CAD programs. Record updates in HAL/Change Manager/other trackers as required.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering with 0-4 years of relevant work experience.

- Developing ability to self-manage multiple project workload.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment; highly motivated and committed to the development of high-quality work and personal productivity; desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging & constantly changing environment.
- Basic understanding of company’s strategic direction as it relates to a single program.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; competency with the Imperial Measurement system.
