FIM serves as the central command function that brings together fraud, security, technology, risk, investigative, legal, compliance, and other business partners to assess, contain, manage, communicate, and recover from high-impact incidents. The team provides a centralized enterprise incident management capability with 24x7x365 coverage, helping minimize operational, financial, regulatory, reputational, and customer impacts across the organization.

What you will do?

As a Senior Information Security Analyst within the Fraud Pillar of Fusion Incident Management, you will lead the coordination and management of complex fraud, financial crime, insider risk, and fraud-related cybersecurity incidents. You will play a critical role in protecting customers and the Bank by driving timely containment, recovery, investigation, and remediation activities while providing clear executive-level situational awareness and risk assessments. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, make informed decisions, and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups will directly contribute to the Bank's operational resilience and fraud risk management objectives.

Job Details:

  • Drive containment, recovery, remediation, and closure activities while ensuring timely decision-making and action execution.
  • Track incident tasks, data, and workstreams.
  • Able to understand and ensure appropriate fraud detection, monitoring, prevention, and response controls are in place to address current and emerging fraud threats and fraud loss exposure.
  • Assess customer, financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational impacts throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Provide incident leadership during on-call rotations and major incident events.

Enable Executive Decision-Making:

  • Conduct incident severity assessments and provide risk-based recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Deliver concise, timely, and actionable updates to executives, stakeholders, and response teams.
  • Support crisis escalations and facilitate incident governance processes.
  • Maintain situational awareness and ensure stakeholders have the information required to make informed decisions.

Partner Across the Enterprise

  • Act as a central coordination point between fraud operations, cyber security teams, technology, investigations, legal, compliance, risk management, and business teams.
  • Drive alignment across multiple workstreams, ensuring accountability, transparency, and timely completion of response actions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on fraud risk, fraud controls, investigative processes, and emerging fraud threats.
  • Build effective working relationships that support rapid and coordinated incident response.

Strengthen Fraud Risk Management

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of fraud detection, monitoring, prevention, and response controls during active incidents.
  • Identify risk exposures, control gaps, and emerging threats, recommending appropriate remediation activities.
  • Support regulatory reviews, audits, management responses, and control enhancement initiatives.
  • Contribute expertise to enterprise projects and strategic initiatives involving fraud and information security incident and risk management.

Drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive incident documentation as the single source of truth.
  • Support post-incident reviews, lessons learned activities, and root cause analysis efforts.

  • Promote collaborative team culture and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.

Where you will work?

This role operates within a highly collaborative enterprise incident management environment and participates in a 24x7x365 follow-the-sun and on-call support model. Team members work closely with partners across Fraud, Cyber Security, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Investigations to manage incidents that may impact customers, business operations, and enterprise assets. Specific work arrangement details (hybrid, remote, or onsite requirements) will be provided by the hiring manager.
