“I can succeed as an Experiential Event Specialist at Capital Group.”

As an Experiential Event Specialist at Capital Group, you will have the opportunity to design, plan and execute tailored, one of a kind event experiences that highlight our unique brand and culture while exceeding customer and client expectations. You will collaborate closely with counterparts across Marketing, Sales, and our Leadership teams across the business to develop engaging in-person, virtual and digital experiences that bring to life the value proposition of Capital Group and showcase our brand and product stories. In addition to traditional events, you will assist in creating connections between experiential initiatives and sales, marketing, and functional groups – digital, social media, and public relations to deliver the highest quality experiences.

You will be responsible for managing and executing multi-channel projects that include live experiential events, video production and social and digital customer journeys. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop the overall project plans, production schedule and project budget. Where events are concerned, you will be tasked with coordinating all event logistics, including online set up and registration, venue management and liaising, food and beverage requirements, meeting room set ups, fabrications, travel and accommodations, required staffing and promo items, and overseeing production, audio visual and technical aspects of events.

Your work will have a direct impact on our relationship with our customers; by using your creativity and diligence to create unique team experiences, you will enable our brand to shine across our highest priority market segments.

  • You understand what being client-oriented entails and are interested in a role that will allow you to work with diverse groups of customers, clients and stakeholders.

  • You are passionate about the customer and client experience and understand the essential role that an experiential event specialist can play in helping to engage and inspire.

  • You are comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (3 days/week in office)
