As a Solutions Engineer level III, you’ll build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems through your collaboration in development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion. You will perform Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitating Agile/Scrum practices within the team. From Sustainability and cloud solutions to supporting Office Services technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. You will develop products, services, and experiences that generate value, and positively impact the associate workplace experience at CG.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field and/or work experience.
  • You possess at least 3+ years of experience as a business systems analyst and can conduct requirement analysis by facilitating and understanding business requirements from Product Owners.
  • As an experienced Scrum Master, you exhibit a deep understanding of Agile practices and the Scrum framework, including a demonstrated proficiency in delivering effective technology solutions.
  • Your Agile mindset and enthusiasm for designing product user experiences facilitate rapid business expansion.
  • You possess a combination of technical skills, business insight, leadership abilities, and a willingness to share knowledge.
  • You’re capable of analyzing and documenting system requirements, including data needs, functional and non-functional requirements, system flows, and impact analysis based on business requirements.
  • You can provide system analysis documentation to developers, UX design, and external vendors for product implementation.
  • You approach software engineering practices with thoughtfulness, enabling a future-ready, high-quality, and responsive code base.
  • You can collaborate and review system requirement analysis with Product Managers, Product Owners, and development team to obtain feedback.
  • You have experience working with technology vendors. You’ve provided technical direction, guidance, and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.
  • You adapt your programming literacy to align with the varying demands of different outcomes and technologies.
  • You have a passion for driving change and innovation. You bring forward innovative ideas that challenge boundaries and shift our approach when necessary.
  • You apply your knowledge of application architectures, cloud computing, and cloud-native technologies when developing solutions.
  • You’re comfortable performing configuration and development for packaged solutions such as Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and performing related testing responsibilities as needed.
  • Experience in the financial industry and Sustainability/Salesforce Net Zero Cloud is a plus.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $108,182-$173,091

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
