As a Digital Transformation Senior Analyst, you will be playing a pivotal role that supports the cultivation of a digital-first culture within the organization. This this role is part strategist, part coach, and part technology advocate, with a focus on enabling Citizen Development and fostering Digital Transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of design and analysis methodologies, while working under direction only as needed. You’ll be recommending solutions and leading efforts to address complex challenges and growing the business. You will partner with the business to develop in-depth domain expertise, conducting analysis to design and define solutions. You will generally focus on efforts that span multiple capabilities and functions, and of moderate to significant scope and complexity, usually with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to upskill associates in Citizen Development tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
  • Advocate for the adoption of a digital-first approach, promoting the use of Microsoft’s Copilot and Power Platform to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Support the governance of Citizen Development processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards and policies.
  • Contribute to the Digital Transformation strategy by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance business operations, focusing on scalability and user experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between Investment Operations and ITG. Ensure Citizen Development efforts are well-supported and integrated with the broader technology landscape.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of Citizen Development initiatives, highlighting success stories and areas for further growth.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business process improvement, solution design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Citizen Development concepts and Digital Transformation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft’s Copilot and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.), as well as other relevant (low code, no code) automation tools.
  • Experience with Blue Prism, Appian, and other automation platforms (nice to have)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire associates at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong partnerships across teams.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $98,697-$157,915

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
