As one of our Sales Support Coordinators based in the Toronto office, you’ll play a critical role on our Site Sales team by partnering with external Sales Force Members in Vancouver. You’ll provide essential administrative support by scheduling client meetings, coordinating and arranging travel for the wholesaler, managing outbound communications such as calls and scheduling emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule client meetings and arrange travel for the wholesaler.
  • Make outbound calls, send scheduling emails, follow up on meeting requests.
  • Plan events, secure venues or restaurants, coordinate catering, send invitations, and track RSVPs.
  • Utilize scheduling tools in our CRM system (Salesforce), maintain client profiles, send out marketing materials and complete ad hoc requests. Prepare compliance documents.
  • Track and monitor expenses and business promotional activities in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all expenses and activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining daily and weekly sales reports.

  • You have good communication skills in both written and verbal forms, in English.
  • You have bachelor’s degree with a preference in business.
  • You have a minimum 1 year of solid background in sales/marketing including calling in the financial industry.
  • You understand and anticipate the needs of customers and provide them with the highest level of service.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You’ve had previous experience coordinating large complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting spaces, and arranging catering and all details.
  • Your background includes plenty of examples of times when you’ve taken initiative to raise issues, solve problems and get things done.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, and you can leverage Excel to manipulate data effectively.
  • You can focus on the small details that can make a big difference in the success of a meeting, event, or sales opportunity.
  • You have strong attention to detail, and able to identify potential issues or problems before they arise then take proactive steps to address them.

The role requires 4 office days in our downtown Toronto office on Mon. Tues. Wed. and Thurs. and allows 1 WFH days on Fri.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
