Responsibilities
- Runs the global salary survey participation process for Investment Professional, Investor Relations, and Investor Services positions, including submitting data to benchmarking studies and preparing results and analyses
- Creates and maintains internal benchmarking templates to accommodate different department and segment needs, developing new techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data
- Creates and maintains various compensation ranges guidelines
- Partners with Human Resources Business Partners on a variety of compensation and benchmarking related analysis and requests
- Partners with Recruiting team to keep apprised of changes in the external market
- Partners with Equity team to on any long-term incentives benchmarking
- Runs impact analysis of any proposed compensation changes, creating summary metrics and statistical reports
- Works as part of the overall HCM team to ensure successful mid- and year-end compensation processes
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education & Certificates
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field
- CCP, or coursework towards CCP preferred
- 2 - 4 years of Compensation experience required
- Financial services industry experience preferred

- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential data
- Exhibits excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and detail-orientation
- High degree of proficiency in Excel and other MS Office Products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of employees and management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines and to adapt to a continually changing and fast-paced financial company
