Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Make proactive, outbound sales calls to financial advisors in geographic territory to identify prospects and schedule quality meetings for the External Regional Specialist and the Senior Internal Analyst with producing or potentially producing financial advisors.
- Follow-up with incoming leads as well as answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries generated by External Regional Specialist and Senior Internal Analyst activity, conduct marketing and/or email campaigns.
- The Global Wealth Analyst is the first line of defense for all client service-related issues. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Accounting/Tax and various product specialists and fund management professionals to solve service items for clients of Carlyle Global Wealth.
- Work closely with team members to develop and execute an appropriate business plan to maximize territory sales.
- Assist with administrative duties when necessary, including organizing and maintaining spreadsheets and entering activity into DealCloud CRM.
- Accompany Carlyle Global Wealth management or the External Regional Specialist on in-person meetings with financial advisors and/or clients.
Qualifications
- College degree required by Summer 2025.
- Minimum 3.3 GPA Required.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- SIE required (by start date).
- Prior internship experience in Sales / Marketing or Financial Services strongly preferred.
- Must have the ability to work in a challenging and collaborative environment.
- Possess a strong desire to compete and win.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task.
- Must have strong relationship building skills.
- Must be a detail-oriented, well-organized self-starter with high energy and creativity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office skills especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
