Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Subject matter specialist across European private equity strategies
- Maintenance of fund level / portfolio level talking points
- Market research and performance benchmarking
- Preparation of presentations/content for investor meetings and events including conferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Investment Teams, Sales, Fund Management, Legal and Compliance to successfully co-ordinate on cross department workstreams
- Managing information input and output through
- Pre-marketing, strategy and product development initiatives in advance of fund launches
- Update of marketing and due diligence materials
- Establishing and overseeing dataroom and monitoring access
- Maintenance of fundraising pipelines
- Responding to investor diligence requests
- Overseeing roadshows, meetings and due diligence preparation and sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree required
- Professional Experience
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proven strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong team player
- Solutions orientated
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables, and manage and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, organized and detail-orientated
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to manipulate data to support conclusions
- Familiarity with CRM system and building reports
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Word)
