Senior Analyst, Private Credit Operations - Insurance

Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end deal execution for private credit investments, including wire processing, FX hedging, KYC, and bank account setup, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for internal teams and external insurance clients, providing responsive support and fostering strong relationships.
- Ensure accurate trade capture and activity processing across systems, maintaining data integrity and adherence to internal controls.
- Oversee daily cash and position reconciliations, resolving breaks promptly across all entities.
- Manage liquidity and cash movements to support timely wire processing and investment funding
- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate across deal teams, fund administrators, tax, and fund management functions to support investment operations.
- Support technology initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and process trade settlements for a variety of asset classes, including internal transfers and external trades.
- Monitor and communicate corporate actions and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, required
- Concentration in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of overall relevant experience, required
- Experience in Financial Services, preferred
- Experience with public and private credit, preferred
- Experience with Insurance and/or Reinsurance, preferred
- Strong understanding of loan and credit facility documents, including Credit Agreements and Amendments
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented self-starter
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
