Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and various other time-sensitive courier packages
- Stock and maintain kitchens
- Process large-scale copying, binding, and scanning requests
- Stock and maintain satellite copy rooms
- Reception Coverage
- Assist with conference room set up for large meetings and events
- Process out-going USPS mail
- Office Moves including moving office furniture and accessories, set-up of new offices, hanging artwork and boards
- Handle service and maintenance requests for all office equipment
- Report building related issues to property management and ensure that they are taken care of in a timely manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma, required
- 1-2+ years of experience, required.
- Must possess basic computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- This role will be in the office 5 days a week.
- Excellent communication and customer services skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize assignments effectively.
- Must be able to lift/handle items up to 70lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexibility with hours and assignments and willingness to work overtime as needed.
