Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test AI models using the latest frameworks and tools.
- Lead the hands-on aspect of coding and setup, ensuring high standards of code quality and system performance.
- Oversee the integration of AI applications into various business systems, ensuring they function seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with system architects and IT operations to address integration challenges and optimize the performance of AI solutions.
- Work closely with UX developers and business analysts to ensure AI solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
- Lead the technical aspects of AI projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers and integration specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI development and software integration, with demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical projects.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong experience in system integration and API development.
- Exceptional technical skills with the ability to manage sophisticated development tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of orchestrating project tasks and managing teams under tight deadlines.
- Innovative and problem-solving mindset, dedicated to continuous learning and development in the field of AI.
