Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for Carlyle’s wealth businesses in Europe & APAC, ensuring global alignment while tailoring initiatives to regional opportunities and client needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated marketing programs that deepen engagement with clients.
- Develop and adapt thought leadership and educational content to reflect regional market insights and resonate with local audiences.
- Champion Carlyle’s brand in the wealth channel broadly, ensuring that every client touchpoint (e.g., digital platforms, events and communications) reinforces the firm’s distinct identity and global standards of excellence.
- Contribute to key marketing technology initiatives that advance Carlyle’s digital infrastructure to enhance targeting, personalization, scalability and client engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign performance, drive continuous improvement, and share insights across regions.
- Monitor wealth and asset management trends, identifying emerging opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and market leadership.
- Serve as a senior member of the Global Wealth Marketing leadership team, contributing to strategy development and talent growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- Concentration in Marketing, Business or a related field, preferred
- Master’s or MBA preferred
- 15+ years of overall relevant marketing experience, required
- Experience in financial services (asset management, wealth management), preferred
- Proven track record leading high-performing marketing teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly language.
- Deep understanding of global wealth distribution channels and investor audiences.
- Proven expertise in martech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social advocacy tools).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging other senior leaders of the firm.
- Visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with creative execution to drive brand and business impact.
- Skilled collaborator and confident communicator who builds strong partnerships across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
- Culturally attuned and globally minded, with a deep appreciation for local nuance and global consistency.
