Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Onboarding Platform Strategy: Partner with Investor Relations, Investor Services, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Operations teams to define and evolve the digital onboarding experience across funds and segments.
- Workflow Optimization: Translate complex subscription, AML/KYC, and tax documentation processes into streamlined, technology enabled workflows within Anduin.
- Data Model and Reusability: Support the implementation of reusable investor data structures and ensure alignment with firm data governance standards.
- Systems Integration: Collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure seamless integration between Anduin and internal CRMs, fund accounting systems, document management platforms, and downstream operational systems.
- Lead the development, deployment, and enhancement of technology solutions tailored to investor onboarding business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Own day to day product management of Anduin during implementation and launch.
- Define and manage product roadmap, backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization aligned to the Firm’s strategic digitization objectives.
- Partner with implementation teams and Anduin to configure, test, and deploy new capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fundraising, servicing, compliance, tax, and legal, to deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and compliance.
- Drive digitization of investor onboarding by reducing manual processes, improving transparency, and enhancing real time status tracking.
- Support scalable onboarding processes that can be reused across new funds and investment segments.
- Contribute to future state enhancements including automation of data validation, document collection, and workflow routing.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements that increase adoption, data quality, and operational scalability
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI and automation capabilities into investor onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and investor experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
- Mitigate risks by addressing potential delays and misalignments, ensuring projects remain on schedule and deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Provide structured updates on roadmap progress, implementation milestones, risks, and key decisions.
- Successful implementation and external launch of Anduin as Carlyle’s digital investor onboarding platform.
- Streamlined onboarding workflows that reduce manual touchpoints and improve investor experience.
- Seamless integration with downstream systems, including AML/KYC and Tax platforms.
- Measurable improvements in onboarding cycle time, transparency, internal efficiency, and cost savings.
Qualifications
Education & Certificates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required.
- Graduate-level degree preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or business analyst roles, preferably within Private Equity, Financial Services, or Technology.
- Familiarity with investor onboarding, AML,/KYC, subscription processes, or regulatory documentation workflows preferred.
- Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools to generate insights, define KPIs, and support data driven decision making.
- Experience managing vendor platforms or SaaS implementations preferred.
- Strong understanding of data management, governance, and integration frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Benefits/Compensation
The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $180,000.
In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
