Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy Salesforce solutions using Flow, automation, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement scalable configurations aligned with architectural standards.
- Enhance and optimize existing processes and functionality.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional designs and technical solutions.
- Provide consultative guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.
- Ability to integrate and connect with products outside of Salesforce, including Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, Marketo, etc.
- Manage user access, security, data integrity, and environment support.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver sustainable fixes.
- Support testing, releases, and documentation.
- Ensure solutions meet platform best practices and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architecture on design alignment and prioritization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical discipline, preferred
- Graduate level degree, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of overall relevant technical experience, required
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce required.
- Experience interfacing across business and technology, required.
- Experience as a platform owner or product owner for strategic projects that involve Salesforce development teams, required.
- Ability to identify approaches, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Financial services industry experience, a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework preferred.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Dedicated to exemplary customer service.
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities as the environment evolves and new skills are needed.
- Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance from supervisor.
- Flexibility in self-managing across a variety of tasks and adjusting as priorities change.
- Experience in leading a team of technology professionals with a wide range of skills and tenure.
