Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Global Credit Data team for issuer/asset level reference data setup and maintenance within internal systems and coordinating with external service providers.
- Coordinate trade settlements and monitor trade failures for all external facing trades across multiple asset classes.
- Review of trade booking in Order Management System.
- Monitor CLO lifecycle events using Bloomberg APIs and Trustee data.
- Prepare pro-forma cash for Portfolio Managers.
- Responsible for reviewing daily cash and position reconciliations for our cross-platform SMAs, focusing on the timely resolution of breaks.
- Work directly with our Fund Administrators and Custodians in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support strategic technology initiatives and efforts to enhance operational integrity.
- Manage and post wires in the Treasury Portal.
- Assist with internal/external audits and SOX review.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the Trading Assistants, our Fund Administrators, and Custodians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services
- Experience with credit asset classes
- Bloomberg experience is a plus
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail oriented self-starter.
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
