Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead global, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to firm priorities, fundraising objectives, and brand strategy.
- Translate enterprise narratives into integrated programs spanning paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and creative excellence across regions, business segments, and investment strategies.
- Partner closely with Brand, Communications, and Investment Teams to align campaign ideation with firm positioning.
- Integrate thought leadership, product marketing, and corporate storytelling into cohesive 360° activation strategies.
- Maintain rigorous brand governance while enabling creative innovation.
- Oversee global media planning and strategy across digital, social, programmatic, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
- Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure engagement, brand lift, and business impact.
- Optimize media allocation and channel mix to drive efficiency and ROI.
- Develop campaigns tailored to a range of investor types from institutional to wealth channel (advisors, UHNW/HNW individuals, family offices)
- institutional investors, private wealth channels, consultants, and portfolio company stakeholders.
- Demonstrate fluency in private markets offerings and concepts to ensure strategic alignment with fundraising cycles and product launches.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution from ideation through launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Oversee agency partners and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Implement structured planning, budget management, and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- Concentration in Marketing, Business or a related field, preferred
- Master’s or MBA preferred
- 12+ years of overall relevant experience, required
- Marketing leadership experience, ideally within asset management, private markets, financial services, or a similarly complex B2B environment.
- Proven experience concepting, developing and executing global integrated advertising campaigns.
- Deep expertise in media strategy, planning, and performance optimization.
- Managing significant media budgets across paid digital, programmatic, social, search, and premium media partnerships, with accountability for ROI, performance measurement, and optimization across channels.
- Strong understanding of private markets and institutional investor audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
