Position Summary
The candidate will join the Lease Management Team supporting the management of the firm’s portfolio of aircraft leases and assets. The role has a strong technical focus, particularly in the area of maintenance reserves and claims, and will work closely with internal Technical and Credit teams, as well as external airline customers and service providers. Based in Dublin or Singapore, the Manager, Lease Management will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers to ensure compliance for all on-lease matters and being a key point of contact for their customers.

Primary Responsibilities
Maintenance Claims
- Proactively manage and lead the evaluation of maintenance reserves claims with strong technical and commercial acumen, exercising judgement on claim eligibility, interpretation of lease provisions, and reasonableness of costs, with clear accountability for decisions and structured escalation of complex or contentious matters
- Review and assessment of technical records
· Coordinate and manage engagement with third-party service providers and MROs in support of active claims
- Work closely with the Technical team to ensure asset value is at the forefront of maintenance reserves claims analysis, optimizing and protecting the long-term economic interests of the asset
· Perform quarterly analysis on maintenance claims data and support the preparation of management reporting
- Work closely with the Head of Lease Management to oversee maintenance claims workflows, manage prioritisation and bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement of processes, controls, and reporting
Lease Management
- Manage a portfolio of airline customers ensuring compliance with lease agreements
- Own and actively manage cash collections for the assigned portfolio, including monitoring receivables, proactive engagement with airline customers on overdue amounts, and leading the timely resolution of arrears in coordination with Credit and internal stakeholders
- Responsibility (utilising service providers) for the timely and accurate invoicing of customers
The candidate will work closely with Contracts, Marketing, Credit and Technical teams in the day-to-day management of the portfolio of airline customers
- Support airline customers with audit requirements
- Perform maintenance reserves rates escalations
Other Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Deal Teams in respect of your airlines as required
- Liaise with Outsource Provider on contract and lease terms to ensure seamless transfer of executed terms to the Lease Management System
- Support fund accountants in respect of servicer report queries from management agents / investors
- Review of processes in place with a view to increasing efficiency and accuracy of reporting
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
Requirements
- Educated to third level within a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role in aircraft leasing or aviation finance
- Proven experience managing complex airline credit situations, including restructurings, deferrals, waivers, and enforcement-related discussions, with the ability to balance asset protection, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder alignment
- Proven experience managing maintenance reserves claims across all major aircraft components, with a strong understanding of associated technical and commercial considerations
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve complex technical maintenance matters, engaging effectively with airline customers, MROs, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
- Working knowledge of the Leaseworks Contract Management System or a similar system
- Champion effective and fast communications and distil messages appropriately
- Experienced relationship builder, knowing who to interact with and whose buy-in is required while holding customer expectations as core
- Bring broad perspective and thinking to the role and have original thought, challenge, and innovation
- Be diligent, thorough, numerate and with a keen attention to detail
- Model respectful solution focused behaviours and engender trust amongst stakeholders
- Ability to think independently while working collaboratively within a team to identify and deliver effective solutions as issues arise

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and willingness to adapt working day as required to attend calls at times that also work for the Miami, Singapore and Dublin teams and your allocated customers
- Additional language skills relevant to the APAC region would be an advantage
